We supervise and regulate the business of Pension Funds in Namibia with the ultimate objective of contributing to a safe, stable, and fair Pension Funds system in which Pension Fund members are protected.
Our activities are mainly to ascertain whether Pension Funds’ assets are managed prudently and whether they are compliant with the Pension Funds Act 1956, (Act No. 24 of 1956) (“the Act”), its accompanying Regulations, as well as Directives and Circulars issued by the Registrar in accordance with the Act.
